Bijaya Mohanty

National award winning actor and has been the most identifiable film personality in Orissa's Cinema world.

He has played diverse roles in more than 180 films and has acted in Oriya, Bengali, Hindi and Telegu films.

Three films where he has acted have bagged the prestigious National Awards.

Bijay Mohanty started his stint with the Oriya film industry with the film Chilika Tire. Bijay Mohanty is probably the one and only actor in the modern day who has tried his hand in all types of roles – hero, villain, comedian and character role.
