he department is headed by the Commissioner-cum-Secretary who is in overall charge of the revenue administration, relief and rehabilitation of the victims of the natural calamities.
It is the only department who extends its hand to the people first, at the time of Natural Calamities.
The Revenue and Disaster Management Department is the custodian of all lands and is concerned with all land related works.
