Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar

Utkal University of Culture, the first of its type in India, to promote education, research and training in various spheres of culture including language, literature, visual arts, performing arts, architecture, folklore and tribal studies etc.

It has been granted membership by the Association of Indian Universities with effect from 1.4.2000. The University seeks to spread the benefits of culture and education The mission is to evolve policies and programmes which would enable to make the University a distinct one.
